The Puerto Rico Convention District will have 245,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and entertainment venues located mainly alongside Paseo de las Fuentes, on the first floor of hotels and in residential and office projects.

These commercial establishments include cafés and restaurants, entertainment centers, cinemas, art galleries and stores that will complement and support the activities and events that take place at the Convention Center.

As part of the Puerto Rico Sheraton Hotel and the residential project - the Plaza CCD-, construction of the 167,000 sq. ft. commercial space alongside Paseo de las Fuentes that connects the Convention Center to the Miramar, Condado and Puerta de Tierra areas, already began.
